1. Flint input into the left chest
2. Iron input into the right chest
3. Output is the middle hopper

Notes

Can be used for any 2-slot ingredient. Also suitable for crafting rockets of any duration, as the amount of input item (gunpowder) is equal or less to the rockets produced (3).
